In the UK, the full moon in Gemini will arrive on 30th November. If you are curious to see the date and times for places around the world, you can find the relevant information on astrologer Yasmin Boland’s website.
Another author I’d like to suggest regarding anything moon related is Kirsty Gallagher. She has an amazing book called Lunar Living. The book is one of my go-to resources.
And today, I was refreshing my knowledge about the full moon in Gemini. The very first paragraphs I read describe very accurately how I’ve been feeling for the past week:
“Unsettling, confusing, restless, and curious are just a few of the words to describe the strong energy of this full moon…..
There can be a nervous energy about this moon, as you flit from one thing to the next, and so anxiety levels can be high.“
The full moon allows us to release things/feelings that no longer serve us. If you’ve been struggling with self-criticism like me within the last week or so, it’s time to release such self-punishing thoughts under the waning moon.
The author (Kirsty Gallagher) also states that “getting easily bored, restless or impatient” and “having zero attention span” are some of the characteristics of this moon. I think taking deep breaths and doing meditations is all we have to counterbalance such emotions.
I feel like we have so much to learn from the moon:) Anyway, wherever you are, if you have clear skies on the night of the full moon, please don’t forget to go outside and admire the moon’s beauty:)
