The Quality of Your Memories Matters

Increase the number of your pleasant memories

Think about it…If you had the chance to reset all your memories – good and bad, without exception – to have a fresh start in life, would you do it? I bet there is a part of you that would like to hang on to the good ones:)

That’s the reason why you should pay attention to each and every moment to make it more mindful, positive, and happy. Because time and then you will remember the past even if you try to resist the urge to do so. Wouldn’t you like to remember more of your happier, mindful, and positive memories? So, wouldn’t it make more sense to have high quality-memories?

Let’s say you’d like to create a good memory of your next wedding anniversary. You can look for a specific fragrance to mark the moment. Or, imagine that you will be going on a road trip with a bunch of friends. You can prepare a compilation of songs to accompany you throughout the way.

If you let your imagination wild, I’m certain you can find creative ways to make most of your moments pleasantly memorable. And if you need further ideas, be sure to check the happiness expert Meik Wiking’s latest book, The Art of Making Memories.
