Before you continue reading, just take a moment and think of three things you are grateful for today.

Feeling better, right? Make it a habit. As soon as you wake up every morning, do this simple exercise. Repeat silently to yourself “Today I am grateful for being alive”. Even better, write it down: “Today I am grateful for my parents”. And remember the magic number three: “Today I am grateful for my friends”.
As you keep practicing this habit, you’ll realize that you can easily express gratitude for thousands if not millions of beautiful things you already have in your life.
